Samskrit, one of the ancient languages, is now considered as a gateway to understand sacred ancient texts, hymns, dramas, etc. The following Samskrit courses are being offered in collaboration with Dr. Siva Panuganti and Dr Tilak Rao of MIT Indic Knowledge Studies (MIT IIKS), Pune with an intent to revive this language’s usage and to make modern individuals understand and gather information from ancient Shaashtras. Students who take all three below courses will also, in general, be able to pass the Samskrit Proficiency Test (SPT) with ease which is a pre-requisite to take MA in Ayurveda, offered by MIT IIKS. Overview: This course introduces students to the foundational elements of Samskrutam, encouraging a shift in thinking and cognition in the language.
Content:
Basic grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure in Samskrutam.

Emphasis on developing a thought process in Samskrutam.
Activities:
Interactive sessions focusing on language basics and conversational exercises.

Overview: Building on the fundamentals, this course progresses to an intermediate level, expanding vocabulary and grammatical understanding in Samskrutam.
