Dr. Narendra Maheshwari is a Board-Certified Medical Doctor who has been practicing in Broward County, Florida, since 1992. Born in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India, he completed his medical education at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, followed by residency training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York. Alongside his medical career, Dr. Maheshwari has been deeply committed to community service and nonprofit initiatives.
He has served as Chief of Staff at Broward Health North, Chairperson of the Department of Medicine, and Founder & President of Indian Physicians of South Florida. Following the tragic loss of his son Rahul in 2014, Dr. Maheshwari and his wife founded Light One’s Path, a nonprofit organization providing free medical services to underprivileged communities. His life and work are driven by a strong commitment to serving humanity and helping those in need.
