About
Dr. Arun Sharma is a distinguished Nature Cure educator, practitioner, mentor, and the Founder Director of the International Institute of Mahayana & Natural Hygiene (IMANAH). He comes from a renowned family of Nature Cure practitioners and continues a long-standing tradition of promoting natural approaches to health and wellbeing.
Dr. Sharma earned his doctorate in Natural Hygiene from the Indian Institute of Natural Therapeutics and has held key positions with several Nature Cure and Yoga institutions in India and abroad.
Through IMANAH, he has conducted numerous training courses, seminars, national conferences, and workshops, sharing principles of natural health, Mahayoga, and Natural Hygiene with learners and practitioners.
His work emphasizes a holistic understanding of wellbeing, bringing together physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of health, along with healthy living, purposeful work, and service.
Dr. Sharma was honored as “Man of the Year” by the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, in recognition of his work in developing Aruna Bhramana Chikitsa (Solar Vibration Therapy). He continues to educate, mentor, and support individuals interested in the study and practice of natural health sciences.
