Gillian Barber

Gillian Barber is an experienced life skills coach and management professional with more than 20 years of international experience across the Banking and Finance, IT, Travel, and Service industries, working with global organizations.

Her professional expertise spans customer service, organizational development, learning and development, performance management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and professional training. She also brings extensive managerial and administrative experience, with particular strength in developing and managing policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, training resources, process documentation, project records, and management systems. Her structured approach to documentation supports effective governance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.

Gillian is a Commerce graduate, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, with additional qualifications in Human Resource Management and TESOL. Her earlier experience in teaching students across K–12 and higher education has provided her with a strong foundation in education, communication, and learning.

Her professional interests also extend to Artificial Intelligence, digital marketing, and content creation. More recently, she has begun writing children's books, bringing together her experience in education with her interest in creativity and storytelling.

Gillian is also committed to community service and has supported initiatives involving ASK Old Age Home, Mother Teresa initiatives, World Vision, and community help projects. Her service experience includes supporting micro-enterprise development in villages across Saurashtra as well as field-based relief and rescue efforts during the Gujarat floods and earthquakes.
